Shipping Hours and Processing Times
Trigometric processes orders Monday - Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm MYT
Orders placed outside these processing hours - such as weekends or holidays - will be scheduled to ship the next working business day. Shipping or Processing delays may accrue during promotional periods or holidays.
Tracking
Once the label for your order is created, your tracking will be sent automatically to the e-mail associated with your order. Please Note: Your tracking details may take up to 24 hours to show in-transit.
Shipping Terms
Once we receive your order, our shipping team starts working on your order right away. If you notice a discrepancy in your shipping details, please alert us immediately by calling +60 17-338 0387 or emailing us at info@trigo.co. Once an order is shipped; we can not make any changes to your order.
If you placed two separate orders and wish to combine them, you will need to request this manually by either emailing us at info@trigo.co or by calling us at +60 17-338 0387. We do not combine orders automatically.
If an order is returned to the sender due to wrong, insufficient, misspelled address, or other shipping information errors. Trigometric will offer a reshipment of the order. The buyer is responsible for all reshipment costs. If a customer cannot be reached after the 3rd attempt, Trigometric will process the order as a return.
Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
Trigometric will ship via CITYLINK EXPRESS. Orders are classified under 2 shipping categories outlined below:
Standard Shipping Rate (For orders < 500g) (2-3 Business Days): Shipping Cost RM15.00 MYR
Expedited Shipping Rate (For orders > 500g) (2-3 Business Days): Shipping Cost RM30.00 MYR
International Shipping
Trigometric will ship via FEDEX EXPRESS. Orders are classified under 2 shipping categories outlined below:
For Orders less than 500g: FedEx Priority International (3-5 Business Days) - NO PO BOX - Shipping Cost RM100.00 MYR
For Orders more than 500g: FedEx Priority International (3-5 Business Days) - NO PO BOX - Shipping Cost RM200.00 MYR
Our International Shipping Options are subject to change without notice.
Import Duties, Taxes, and or Custom Fees are not included with your order. All charges will be billed by the carrier and are the buyer’s responsibility to pay. Please Note: refuse of delivery will result in a MYR 25.00 Restocking Fee. Please review our Return Policy for more details on returns.
Import procedures vary from country to country and Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Trigometric is in accordance with the Malaysia Customs Laws that mandate; All orders must declare full value and have accurate descriptions of all items dispatched internationally. No exceptions.
Due to limitations out of our control, Trigometric does not ship to the following countries:
Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Brazil, Bulgaria, Croatia, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Jordan, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Singapore, Turkey, Sri Lanka, and Yemen.

Legal Importing
The buyer is responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
