This 30-Day Return Policy applies to item(s) purchased directly on www.trigometric.co or phone orders placed with a Trigometric Customer Service Specialist.
This 30-Day return period begins on the day the order was delivered to the “Ship To” address listed on your Trigometric Order. (The delivery date is confirmed by the Trigometric provided tracking number associated to your order)
A Return Authorization (RA) Number is required for all returns. Return Authorization Numbers are obtained by contacting our customer service team directly via Email: email@example.com or by Phone: +60 17-338 0387.
Return items must be shipped within 5 days of issuance of your Return Authorisation unless otherwise arranged.
Items must be returned in the original condition. If there are issues with your order; such as damage of any kind, wrong items received, missing items, or other unsatisfactory conditions. You are responsible for alerting Trigometric within 3 days of receiving your order. Banknote World will require photos of the item(s) before authorising a solution.
BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COSTS FOR RETURN SHIPPING.
Please make sure to repackage your order properly, Trigometric will not be responsible for any shipping damages that accrue in transit.
For international returns only; If an order is returned due to a refuse delivery or import/customs charges, a RM100 MYR
